     Our goal is to have a successful, long-term, growing, business relationship with roofing/ labor companies, while helping the community with their roofing/ other situations. We have a vested interest in setting the best quality appointments possible because the more success you have with our appointments, the more appointments you will continue to order.      We use auto-dialers to call any area you request (we weed out renters, people who already have contracts or are just not interested which saves a large amount of time and energy for sales people who are currently knocking doors. Also this keeps sales people moving instead of maybe taking some days off which in turn increases the companies sales).

 

     Most of our accounts say they usually sell around 40-60% or more of the appointments in heavily hail damaged areas from the latest storms. They also usually get on average 2-4 sales from homes around the appointment, so the one appointment can lead to many other sales!

 

     We qualify our appointments to make sure: 1-they are the homeowner 2-they have homeowners insurance 3-they don't have a contract already signed with another roofer and we also find out the name of the Homeowner's insurance, the age of the roof, whether its a one or 2 story home, and we usually get a cell number if possible.

 

     All of our appointments are Guaranteed in writing. Every now and then you might have a "no show," but you NEVER pay for that or ANY appointment that isn't "qualified."
